This is my very first experience with an IPL machine. I wasn’t sure what to expect, or how to use it. I found it well packaged and easy to unbox and understand. The directions were clear and I had it working in no time. It gets warm, but was very comfortable to use. The continuous mode made it very easy to just keep gliding over my skin. I can’t wait until I start seeing results!

I purchased this after s reading other product reviews including this one. It is FDA approved and had more positive feedback. I've been using this as the instructions for 3months with NO CHANGE in hair growth. Waste of time and money.

I don’t complete yet the 8 weeks but I already can see the results. Be sure to read the instructions before using it. It’s very easy to use and I’m saving a lot of money and time in permanent hair removal. I highly recommend it.

First - it does not hurt at all! I know that was my first question. You should read the instructions really well before you use this to be safe. I also watched a few videos before I started. You basically make sure the area is clean and shaved, follow the instructions on how to operate this and at what level of intensity, place on the area and press the button while wearing the glasses provided. You'll see a really bright flash. On the skin it feels like a rubber band snap. You follow the instructions on the frequency you should do this. I haven't completed the entire full amount of weeks but I can see the hair coming in thinner already. I'm excited to keep using this!

Prepare the area to be treated by shaving. There are 5 different levels to adjust the device to. Going over the method to stamp or glide.Time frame states hairs naturally fall out over the course of a few days to 1-2 weeks.There is a section that talks about eye safety of flashes of intense pulsed light. While using I did not see any of this, but the device was placed against my skin. I also did not notice any light flashes coming from the sides. I did observe while increasing the levels from 1-5.I didn’t experience any reaction to my skin. I did notice a slight tingle. Almost like a static feel.I’ll update after continuing my treatment with the hair growth…or lack there of hopefully.

I haven't yet used this for the 8 consecutive weeks it says are necessary to see full results. The instructions recommended not to use when breastfeeding so I didn't start using it when I thought I would be able to. It comes with everything needed to use it and clear instructions nicely packed.You do need to have hair with color to it for this to work, so before ordering, be sure you can use this. If the hair you'd like to remove is white/lt grey or blonde it may not work for you.I wasn't sure what to expect as far as how it would feel. It is warm and that initially startled me with the sound it made but I think that was just the result of my nerves as it really only had that impact the first time I used it. Sometimes it is easy to inadvertantly switch between the manual and automatic mode but the safety features keep it from flashing when not in contact with skin.It's so nice to be able to do a treatment like this from the comfort of my home at times that I can squeeze it in.

I am a little freaked out by this and using a laser on my skin. That being said, I experienced no discomfort using this device in glide mode (kind of like you would use a razor) on my lower legs. I could feel the heat but there was no pain or discomfort and it was easier than shaving. You will still need to shave your legs or the area you want to treat with a razor (one is even included) before using this device. You also have to have the device plugged in while using it. I don’t know if I will make this part of my usual routine, it definitely takes some getting use to. I originally ordered this to use above my lip but I will pass on using this on my face.Mind you I did not have a bad experience with this device and it was fairly easy to use. I just don’t think it is my cup of tea.
