I'm a bag fanatic and I been looking for the perfect tote / backpack for a looong time. Something convertible but they all look so awkward in one shape or the other and on top of that with most of them the conversion was a bit painful. This bag, looks so nice, comfy to wear, super lightweight, turns into backpack into cross-body in an instant. Also very pack-able bag, will surely take this with me on my next flight, great for city trips or work, I can fit all my work stuff in the back zippered compartment and then the main compartment is for my personal things. How about it being recycled material, mega bonus points, so much love. Washable? just take all my money.Vera Bradley team, make this awesome bag in more solid colors amnd/or some cooler prints please, a medium teal would be super sweet. <3 ty.

I've been using this daily for several months. The organizational features of this bag are perfect for me. I don't need to carry a lot in it for daily use, but when I'm shopping can easily add small purchases. I really like that I can keep my wallet in the zipper pocket on the back of the bag, and then when I wear it as a backpack my wallet is inaccessible to anyone who might think they could grab it. Outside front pockets are perfect for keys, sunglasses, mask. Inside pockets for lip gloss, pens etc.I haven't washed it yet, but love that it is washable. Very happy with the green solid color, and pleased that Vera Bradley now gives us solid color choices -- great styles, but the prints just aren't for me.

I love this vera bradley purse and love that i can backpack or shoulder it… BUT…. This fabric just ATTRACTS NEWFOUNDLAND FUR LIKE NOBODY’S BUSINESS.Anyway if you don’t have two newfoundlands this may not matter to you and I say go for it. I love the bag and the ivy color and the interior fabric. I do prefer the quilted fabrics, though, generally.

Awesome purse that converts to backpack! Great for amusement park or everyday use. Loved it bought solid and pattern during July sales and Great deals! Loved design bought one for sister's bday. Only negative on solid is fabric picks up all sorts of fine particles so need to use sticky roller, hence 4 stars. Quilted is awesome 5 stars. If they made this in reactive water resistant I'd buy more.

Functional bag, especially for someone with children. Easy transition to backpack. Should strap length is as expected. Many pockets in and out make it easy to find stored items. The only negative, for me, is the fabric. I wish the external fabric was nylon so it was water resistant and easy to wipe clean. This is machine washable so that will help with stains, I just prefer a water resistant outer layer as a purse sometimes ends up on the ground at restaurant or spilled on. Overall, happy with the purchase and the fabric didn’t prevent me from keeping the bag. Price was good as I got on sale green color for $50, on point.
