Very useful product if you need to receive some packages while you're outI recommend also buying the wifi module to allow remote operationI had to deal with support which was very responsive and professional

Bad product
I have emailed multiple times and no one has called me or corrected the issue we're having. I should be able to remotely open this with my cell phone or with a keypad and it continues telling me that it has already been registered to someone else and I do not have access. I do not recommend this product from this company due to poor customer service

Poor quality
Very thin and flimsy, leaks when it rains, lock gets jammed easily and key gets stuck.

It rusts!!!
Ordered on October 8th, installed on October 18th. Discovered rust on hinges October 28th. This thing is rusting after 10 days of being outside!
