Wonderful flavouring
Noticed my local butcher used this for his BBQ pack. So decided to get my own, Great product. Suggest use on fresh food, Flavours the food very well. You can use about 15 mins before cooking, but I normally let it marinade about an hour or two so it's well tasty. Will probably try one of the other flavours next year as there is plenty here for many many BBQs.

So easy to use and tastes so good!!
Put your chicken or meat in a bag, add a scoop of the glaze, seal bag, shake and leave for 15 - 30 minutes, cook.I have used it on both chicken cooked in the oven and on the BBQ with brilliant results. The glaze is a dry mixture that completely coats the meat and as it remains dry the mess when taking the meat out of the bag is minimal. I did not need to add anything else to the bag to get the glaze to stick, the moisture on the outside of the chicken was enough. The taste is quite smoky with a slight hint of spice but not too much. I have a sensitive stomach and cannot cope with high levels of chili or paprika but I was fine eating this. Am thinking of buying one of the other glazes as husband does prefer things a little more spicy.

Extremely yummy 😋
My brother bought a tub of this at first and now literally the whole family love it! I’m not a big meat fan and only really eat a little chicken here and there and sometimes don’t even bother, but I eat a load of chicken with this on it.My brother has had it on every meat going and him and my hubby say it’s the best BBQ seasoning they have ever had and my hubby doesn’t like a lot of sauce/seasoning. The more seasoning you put on the stickier and sweeter it is. We didn’t find it hot or spicy and my hubby doesn’t like spices at all. It’s also relatively low on the weight Watchers points. We used the guidance on the tub of 10% of the weight of the chicken (approx. 10g per chicken breast) and it was 4 SmartPoints on the Blue & green. We have cooked with it on the BBQ, on the griddle and over baked. It has all turned out rather delicious - just be careful with oven baked when my hubby did it he turned the chicken and most of the seasoning washed off because he turned it in the stock that came out of the chicken breast! 🤦

Commercial bulk flavours
Ok, so why 3 stars, please read all the review to understand.Positive:Plenty of seasoning, domestically easy a few years. Simple to apply, and first impressions are wow, a lot of stuff for your money, and don’t we all need a bit extra in these tough times.Reality:Why do you use so many additives and bulking ingredients?, this is basically what meat cutters ( Not Butchers) sprinkle over portions of meat, cellophane wrap and put on 3 for 2 deals calling it BBQ. It gives some vague idea of usage, some 100g per what ever, in plain English, put a thin layer over all what your using. To thick a layer will give to a burnt crust. To summarise :Not what real blood and bones butchers use, fresh meat does not need additives, Pit BBQ’r’s or grillers should avoid. Your weekend burger burners will definitely go for this , some simple seasoning is cheaper and more flavoursome,Salt pepper lemon etc. Bulk does not always give value, don’t be fooled bye the “Butchers “ slogan. No I would not bye again.
