Feels strong and well made. The tyres move smoothly and the armrests adjust easily.Easy to setup, even you call them for installation guide, very good customer support overall a great chair.

Service not upto the mark
The company did call me for feedback a few times and when I asked for them to send local support / technician in Bangalore, they just arranged a video call from a technician in Mumbai, which doesn’t make any sense to me. After buying such an expensive chair, it’s only fair to expect some support but they greatly disappointed me. I may not go back to them ever. Giving 2 stars and the chair back is softer and gives support compared to other models but the leg rest is not comfortable and more of a show off feature.

Not worth!.!. Save your hard earned money
The media could not be loaded. Within 8 days of usage it started making squeaky noise when we move right left.!!.I weigh 80KG & this is the build quality of this chair!The Misuraa Team is like other sales team only, they don’t care once you bought it, I have whatsappp them 3 times but got completely ignored (not even cared to respond)If your height is around 6 ft then also this not a good fit as the hydraulic min height is very low.So, I don’t recommend this chair due to build quality, bad customer support and hydraulic min height.Refer the attached video for proof.

great product
This a great chair, if you can afford it. Rs. 40000 for a chair is no small sum. The mesh is of a high quality I believe, but only time will tell for sure. The warranty on something costing so much should at least be above 4 years or so, in my opinion. The light grey color and white frame make it look beautiful in any setting.The arm rests are 3d adjustable, but I wish the lowest position went lower. Don't really need it to be lower in general, but it certainly would make stowing away the chair under a desk easier.The dynamic lumbar support is pretty good as far as I can tell in 2 months of usage.The headrest is useful too. However, its forward and backwards adjustment doesn't hold its position. Should have had a better mechanism for that, as it cant hold your heads weight if adjusted for a more forwards position.The footrest is a fantastic add on for sure. But you should only be considering this chair if you really really need the footrest to lounge around. Like for instance if you're watching a movie. Otherwise, you should just save your money and buy a chair without a footrest.I would give this chair 5 stars if the headrest was better, and the lumbar support had height adjustment. but overall works fine for me.For reference, my weight is 70 kgs and I'm 5 ft 7inches. This a great chair for the right person. Hope my review helps.
