Basic, informative, electrical book.

Very informative and easy to use.

This book had all I needed to know to correctly and <s>safely</s> wire multiple source wires to four switches in one four gang box that is set in a marble covered sidewall in my bath.Some wires needed to go on, after the switch, to control wall outlets on the opposite bedroom wall. Some needed to go on to an attic light and over the shower light. Another to a fan and another to the vanity light. I thought I could do it from past experience but quickly figured out I needed help. This book was much less expensive than hiring an electrician and I have peace of mind that it is right.

great info help to replace outlets and install ceiling light

Not as much practical info as I was hoping for. For example, what size conductors for a new service drop, no info. What size conduit for the new service entrance wires? No info. What are typical amperage requirements for appliances and other equipment? There is a chart, but all the typical requirements are in watts, so they naad to be dicided by voltage to get amperage. Not as handy as it would seem for a book of so many pages.

If you're going to try to attempt to do some electrical work. And you have someone what of a decent idea of what you're doing buy this book. Dude you won't regret it?
