I bought two ceiling fans from this supplier. One for the garage and one under out patio cover. The one installed in the garage perfectly the first time. It was easy to install and the directions were good. The other one I installed exactly like the first one the light worked but the fan did not. I contacted Amazon who put me in touch with the manufacturer. After a few attempts of solving the issue with the constant communication with the seller it was decided that the fan motor was faulty. They sent me a complete new replacement quickly. I want personally thank the sellers rep Chloe for her help. My issue is now solved. Thanks

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Loved it in the beginning but having it 1.5 years and the replacement lights for it aren’t compatible that customer service sent us. They said it was upgraded but none of the wiring or connections match up and the video and diagram they sent also do not match up. And customer service takes a week or longer to get back with us. Very frustrating and we will most likely be purchasing a completely different fan instead

It's a nice fan. Love the remote and ability to change speed. Most of it was easy to put together, but getting that remote box in is a real pain. Looks great in the room and cools it well.

This is an awesome big fan that really moves the air very well. I can barely hear it. The light is bright and I like that the light is completely enclosed so no bugs get in. I actually bought 8 of them and used them inside as well because I like them so much!

The media could not be loaded. We bought two fans and they are well made and well packaged, got here in a timely manner. After installing one of the fans, I had an electrical issue with it. I contacted customer service through email and got an immediate response. Through emails and videos we tried to figure it out but ran out of options.Chloe, who was helping me sent another fan to replace the one that wasn’t working. Though it was a little inconvenience, she made things right! Great customer service Chloe!!

Finally installed after a year. Instructions are a little difficult to follow. Wiring instructions say one thing, remote receiver says another. Went with the remote receiver wiring diagram and it wasn’t right. Tried the book and it worked great. Receiver is supposed to fit in the canopy but was difficult to fit in the small space with wiring. Air flow is great, light is bright.
