Would recommend
I've been using these once a day tablets for several years. Excellent quality with no powder residue, the tablets are very small so easy to use and swallow with no after taste. High strength vitamin D which is highly effective.

Good quality; reliable.
Good pairing of D3 and K2. Oxford Vitality are a reliable supplier. Their packaging is minimalist, but it's the contents which count.

Are what they are, unless they're not.
I have no idea if these are what they're supposed to be, if I'm completely honest. Trusting they are however, they're good value for money, easy to swallow & a blessing to have the K2 we need to take, in order to be able to properly absorb the Vitamin D3, in one combined small tablet.

Seem like a good buy.
These are about the only ones I could find with this combination / proportion of vitamins in a sensible size and at a sensible price. The tablets are perhaps a little thicker then I would have liked for swallowing, at least in a non-coated form, but I have taken to putting them with food, usually in a sandwich, and they get chewed up (ok as long as your teeth are in decent condition). As for the effects, I just go along with medical opinion, they should be worth taking both for the D3 supplement and the K2 ensuring that the D3 goes where it should and not to add to furring up ones arteries. I am not yet entirely sure about the comment from some people regarding reduction of tooth plaque, but it is possible, more time needed. I will be ordering more.

K2 MK7 is the best!!
Same day dispatch and received it next day.The tablet size is width 6mm x Hight 2.5mm very small circular. And made in U.K.I have read that vitamin D3 and K2 works togetherand improves disease activity in RA.MK7 is sourced fermented soy( Natto)and MK4 is a synthetic.I thought MK7 is better and I recommend MK7.Because Natto is a Japanese food and the best health food in Japan. As I'm a Japanese I know the benefits of Natto very well.Natto benefits is stronger human tissues and bones, prevent blood clots, lowering cholesterol, reduction on risk of cancer and also very good for a skin etc.The company is very reliable and trustable.I bought all sorts of tablets from other companies because they were cheaper. But I'm going to stick with this company in the future. If I bought vitamin D3 and K2 separate then cost a lots moreAlso taking the tablet which already combined D3 and K2 is very handy as well!!I'm pleased about the product.

Sensible dosage at decent price
Having read about Vitamin D3, I feel that 1000IU per day is sensible dosage for people living in Scotland to take during the winter months. These are sensibly priced for taking between Oct and March.

Ask me in 30 years.....
Another supplement with mystifying life-extending qualities or just another attempt to prise money from your pocket? I had a number of knee surgeries and a TKR that then ruptured. D3 with K2 was recommended by a number of surgeons and I've been taking these every day for 2 years together with Omega 3. Knee is still crap but maybe it would be much worse without these? Time will tell.... Easy to swallow (small) I take 2 per day in accordance with NHS guidelines for an adult male.

Nicely balanced ratio of ingredients and small tablet
I like the ratio of 1000iu of D3 to 100mcg of vit K2 which helps me balance it with calcium, magnesium etc. However, I won't know what effect it is having on my 25(OH)D level until I take my next vitamin D test in a few weeks time. I pay for this to be done twice a year (finger prick test done via the post) as it is the only way of knowing what effect the supplements are having. Being older and darker skinned I find that I am unable to obtain enough vitamin D from the sunshine in the summer months so will probably continue to take a few of these supplements each week during the summer months as well. I am not very good at taking tablets so find these small ones very convenient.
