I don’t think so and it’s also way too small for a cat. Maybe a kitten but not a adult cat.

Q: what are the dimensions of the trays in the pull out drawers?

I don't know the actual dimensions, but the trays are built into / molded into the drawers. The trays and drawer cannot be separated.

Q: I was wondering if i can block off the top house remove the ramp and use it for a small tortoise, using the blocked off upstairs as storage?

I would say yes you can. When you are building the house, just don’t put the ramp in. Also there is a door (that would be at the top of the ramp) that opens and closes with a turn latch.

Yes it will fit two rabbits comfortably it’s definitely roomy for the both!
