1. Paint Quality is not good as it’s peeling off automatically after 1 week of use.2. You can’t change the rotation speed of door closure.3. No soft closer is available in this product.4. The media could not be loaded. This is just beautiful. Good design with minimal protrusions, outer cover to conceal everything, smooth and efficient.Only thing is the attached drawing/template for installation where some corrections may be needed, because I had to unscrew everything and relocate the assembly coupele of times to have 90 degree opening. You have to keep it at a correct distance from the end of the door "frame". The paper says end of the "door"; that difference is enough to redo it.If you are doing it yourself, watch couple of YouTube videos before installing.Overall good one, will buy more for other doors as well.

Oil leaking few days after installation. We removed and kept it. Since return window is over, refund also not possible. Waste of money..
