Reliable bottle that holds temperature
I was looking for a new bottle to bring to the gym, something that would keep my drink cool even in the stuffiest gym.Simple and sleek design, no leakage, and hold’s temperature well. Holds about a standard bottle of water. Mouth of the bottle isn’t so big that it’ll spill all over, but big enough where you can get a decent gulp quick and easy.Easy to carry and wash, would consider getting another in a larger size if they ever come out with one.

Cute, grippable, holds a decent amount of H2O
I bought this for a friend and ended up keeping it for my house! My hubby liked the colors, as do I. I also like that the exterior has a grippy texture so you’re not as likely to drop it even though there’s no handle. A handle would make it nicer though. The size is larger than I thought - it holds about the same amount of water as a Stanley. Maybe a little less. But definitely more than a plastic 1-time use bottle does.

Keeps Water Cool as Advertised
I just received my LARQ 17-oz bottle so I can't comment on durability yet, but I can address its ability to keep liquids cool. I took a 500 ml (16.9 oz) bottle of commercially bottled water from my refrigerator (temp 38 degrees F), poured it into the LARQ, and screwed the lid back on. The ambient air temperature in the room was about 74 degrees F.24 hours later, I used a cooking thermometer to check the water temperature. It was 55 degrees F, not cold but cool. I think that is acceptable. Actually, in real use, the water probably would have been consumed in just a few hours. So, I think it's safe to say that the LARQ would keep your liquids at a reasonable temperature for several hours. One observation. The photos show the tops of the bottle as a slightly lighter shade of color. In the picture, the top of the black bottle looks more gray. However, the one I received had a top that was the same black color as the bottom. Not a problem. Also the surface is not "smooth," making it easier to hold the bottle. That's good.

Fancy and handy but relatively expensive
I'll be honest, I bought this water bottle for the looks and I wasn't disappointed. I love the pastel color and the matte finish it offers. At 17oz, it's handy and one of the few good-looking bottles that offer a narrow twist top rather than a sip top. Add to it the fact that it is stainless steel and insulated to keep your water hot or cold, and I'll buy this water bottle again without thinking twice (of course, if I can still afford it).I will, however, take away one star because the outer color is fast losing its clean look (faster than anticipated).

Love it! And it’s silent!
Great water bottle and it doesn’t make that annoying squeaking noise when you turn the cap!

Larq quality has clearly declined terribly
I bought a 25oz (non-UV) water bottle about 2 years ago from Larq. I loved it. It was perfect. My favorite water bottle. I know it’s pricey and I know it’s no better than any other. I willingly spent $40 on it because I liked the design. Then, sadly, this winter it got stolen… I was super sad. I used it every single day. It was my go to. So I ordered a new one and this time went for the 17oz version. (The smaller one in the picture). But the cap didn’t screw on right, also as seen in the picture. I was upset at this because I want a good looking water bottle (just my design preference, not a necessity I know). So I filed a return and ordered a new 25oz one instead, and yet again, as seen in the picture, the cap didn’t screw on right. For the cost of these, that is horrible quality control. Not to mention the fact that these new bottles came wrapped in bubble wrap rather than the first one I got which came in a super nice box. Something has clearly happened to Larq where they are only after maximizing profits like others, even more so than before. It’s really sad. If you asked me a few months ago, I would recommend this bottle every single time. (Considering you were willing to pay the high cost for the nice design) but now? I can’t say that you should get this. It’s clear they have started to cut corners and it shows.
