These are great for a quick grab breakfast. I like to pair them with an additional protein item, like eggs or a protein drink. They are relatively healthy and don't have crazy amounts of sugar, relative to other breakfast bars on the market. They are a good size, neither too tiny nor too big or high calorie. I generally like Kind products, both in terms of flavor and health. They may not be nutritionally perfect, but they are far better than most of what is out there with commercially packaged foods.I like all three flavors that come in this variety pack. My personal favorite is the cinnamon, but they are all good. There are also some additional flavors that these come in that you can buy separately. I'm not sure if I have tried them all, but the other one I have tried (honey oat) was also good. Kind also makes another breakfast bar line called breakfast protein, they are fairly similar nutritionally but with a bit more protein. I haven't tried all the flavors that those come in, either, but most are good. I really like the caramel peanut flavor in that line.All in all, this is a great product for an occasional quick grab meal or snack, or just to eat at home. They are pretty tasty for something with relatively clean ingredients. I usually have several flavors of Kind breakfast bars around. My kids love them, also.

They taste good enough i don't have to put peanut butter on them. And they stood up to a second trip overseas.

These are the best granola bars out there especially for diabetics- it has little sugar. I love them all.

I needed something easy to eat while working, tried these. They are easy to eat on the go, and a fair price for what they are. However I find them entirely to sweet.

My young (6) daughter loves these and really enjoys eating them. The variety pack is nice and allows her to try different flavors. With a wheat allergy Kind bars are great for her.

These bars are great. They taste good, have whole and real ingredients, and are very good for you. They keep me going when I don't have time for a full breakfast. Highly recommended.
