I really appreciate Dove's upping the dermatological benefits of bar soap. Bar soap is environmentally friendly and just the way I am conditioned to feel really clean. I'm going to zero in on this bar for hand washing specifically even though it is a luxurious bath soap. I've put this soap by all the sinks as this specific Dry-Cracked Skin Replenish bar holds it's shape better than other Dove bars. It doesn't get mushy and the soap dish remains cleaner. Because this feels like a 'firmer' bar, I do have to turn it over 2-3 times more in my hands to get enough product to get clean. The product feels less slippery or sudsy, but I still have enough product and I feel super clean and I don't feel robbed of moisture. It only takes a day or two to get used to the new feel and start looking forward to a thorough hand wash. Because of this, I do more hand washing and less 'rinsing' where I just rub my hands under the water stream because I don't want to feel dry. So, in fact, my hands really are cleaner throughout the day and I don't feel the need to use lotion 20 times a day, either. This is kind of like those 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioners only this is a 2-in-1 soap and hand cream combo. In the kitchen, I can't use lotion while I'm preparing food so this is definitely nice to have by the sink.In the bath where the bar is getting dunked over a period of 10 or 15 minutes it does get a little softer and renders more product easily and feels very velvety and luxurious - as does my skin after using it! Unless you are a pedicure type of person, you might not notice the benefits immediately, but this is nice on your feet. Rub this over an "Italy Towel" and you have a wonderfully moisturizing foot/body scrub that rinses very clean. Because of my age group, YouTube is targeting me for wildly expensive 'special cleansers' for specific body parts. In fact, all Dove soaps have a pH that makes them friendly for sensitive areas and I must say, being in this age group, I do notice that this soap feels even better. This bar is an excellent cleanser and my skin is extremely comfortable top to toe. No need for special anything and less time and money on lotions.

The smell is just light and clean, different from traditional Dove scent. I actually use these not just in the shower but also keep a bar at my sinks because in the winter my hands become all torn up from the cold dry air. I have noticed a difference since switching from liquid hand soap to these. I feel I don’t have to use lotion quite as much as I usually do. I can’t find these in stores as much, and it’s so easy to order on subscription here. Thanks Amazon!

I love anything from Dove but usually use their body washes for my sensitive skin. I bought this bar soap for a trip where I needed to limit the liquids/weight I packed and tried it out before I left. After the first use I was totally sold! My skin has never been softer and I rarely even need lotion. My dry cracked feet are substantially better. The scent is a lovely neutral fresh scent and it was very moisturizing! The bars are much longer lasting than regular Dove soap so it’s a good value to buy this pack.

Giving 5 stars because it really is nice and moisturizing with great lather. Price is way too much so I won't be ordering more unless that goes down. Still I do recommend it.

My skin is extremely dry and thin. I was so hoping that this Dove soap would help to improve the dryness more than it does. While my skin feels soft after using it, I don't feel like it provides long lasting dryness relief. I will say that I have only been using it for a few weeks and possibly it will take a little longer. And I have such dry skin that creams and lotion don't even help much.I do think this soap would help if you have just slightly dry or normal dry skin. And I think it is great for sensitive skin as the ingredients seem very clean and the scent is light and pleasant. The bars seem to last a really long time and they don't get all gummy like most bar soaps do.All in all I recommend this soap, but don't expect a miracle if your skin is extremely dry.

Family will use nothing else. Best I’ve seen for the skin, very light scent. It’s on my subscribe and save list. No need to reconsider a change.

Great fragrance, skin is soft ...no winter itchies!

I have always loved the lotion affect of this soap bar but never preferred the smell. This new smell is lovely and quite different.
