Amazing coverage, and speed, somewhat easy to set up
So to start I live in an old 1920s house, lathe in plaster walls, some walls they just slapped a sheet of drywall OVER the original walls, house is about 2400sqft. I used to have my main router in the living room, but signal wouldn't go to the kitchen, or the upstairs bedrooms, or basement(damn you hardwood floors!). So I had a network extender in the kitchen(below the bedrooms) and another extender in the basement/2nd living room. I pay for fios internet which CAN give up to 1gbps speed(never will happen), generally get actual 250-400mbps on cell phones etc in living room. Extenders get maybe 40-50mbps in other areas. This one MSI router reaches everywhere , including outside. getting over 150mbps in far away areas which is over triple what speeds used to be on okd router. So that's awesome. Just have 3 wifi internet bands now, 2.4, 5 and 6.Lights look cool, but alas I have kids so I don't need them attracted to it, and normally I'd put it high up on the wall but the line from the internet provider is shorter than I'd prefer. If you hold down the msi shield for 2 seconds it turns off the antennae lights, and theres a button that says led off for flickering ones on top. It does have 2 keyhole cut outs to accept nail/screwheads for wall hanging.Set up was somewhat easy, heres tips-1.ensure whatever internet you used to use doesnt try and auto connect constantly while setting up this new router- basically on your phone go to any old wifi sources hit the cog symbol to the right, and a short way down is a switch to tell it to stop auto connecting to that network(or tell it to forget that network). If your phone(or whatever you are using to set this up) keeps trying to unsuccessfully connect to the old networks, it won't allow setup to continue.-2. Download the "MSI Router" app, it has a button on the bottom for setting up a new router, hit that then it asks if you want to scan the QR code on the bottom of the router, I went that route. For me I had to keep my phone maybe 5-6inches away(it seemed a big distance for a QR scan)from the tiny QR code then bam it started to read it. Then setup was simple.-3. I'm not some internet hacker or coder, but absolutely change the login credentials of the router from "Admin" and whatever the ridiculous password is. Also, no, don't allow your phone to save that information-god forbid you somehow have an info breach and the hacker can get the credentials for your router-it'd be a hassle. Make it something you can easily remember. Or write it down , whatever works for you.-4. You can also easily rename all the wifi bands and give them separate or the same password. Or the router can also combine all the wifi bands to one and let it's AI choose which you use. I'm old school so I like choosing which band I'm using but that's me. 2.4 goes more easily through walls and obstructions than the 5 or 6 band, but if the 5 band has half signal its probably way faster than the 2.4 band at full strength. All based on distance from router.-5. This item has tons of analytics and things to tinker with if you are super into tech, but for my purposes , its just a powerful router that makes all my network extenders obsolete and simplifies my life.To sum up, powerful router if you need that kinda speed. Looks nice, box was very intricate and kept it safe. Instructions were pretty simple and easy to follow. App is easy to use and gives lots of options to manipulate settings to your liking. Thanks for reading, hope this was helpful and that you have a splendid day!

Great for airlink and good software
Took the risk and got this to replace a TP-Link I was using for airlink on a quest 3. It had lower latency and was significantly less stuttery and I ended up returning the TP-Link in favor of this. Recently I needed to set up local DNS for my home lab and my xfinity gateway didn't support it or even let me switch off DHCP so I could run my own server that did. This had an option to switch it off, but I found out I didn't even need to because it also supported local DNS. Software feels pretty robust. Only complaint is the AI stuff but it can be disabled.

Nothing but headaches
After getting it setup (which is a chore with the clunky app), it worked fine for a few days. Then the 2.4 Ghz band just stopped connecting. After hours of trying to figure out how to repair it, hard-resetting, and having to go through the whole painful setup process again, the same issue happened a few days later again.Their card says "WE ARE HERE TO HELP" and gives a telephone number to call "24 hours". Great, so planned to call first thing in the morning before I needed it for work. Called it up and they're not open until noon! So now I have to solve this again without support before I can even start MY work day. Don't buy into the articles everywhere saying it's the best router, it's garbage and would have saved myself a lot of stress to have gone with a different router.

Fantastic range and ease of use
This is my first wifi 6e router. Very impressed with the range and the speed is the 6ghz band. The mobile app and desktop interface to adjust settings is very modern and easy to use unlike something you might get from TP Link. I recommend it if you've got Gigabit or higher internet speeds, otherwise this would be overkill. This is also great if you are someone who does local game or video streaming from your PC. Very low latency and the 5 and 6 GHz bands provide tons of bandwidth for a great game streaming experience.
