Good quality but small in size
Well packaged and clean. Lotus seeds are whole and look good. Size of the seeds is smaller than that of the ones I buy at the Asian supermarkets locally.

Green core still in about a third of the seeds.
About a third of the seeds still contain the green core. This results in a bitter taste which lingered in my mouth. Removing the core and washing/rinsing thoroughly reduces the bitterness but it does not go away completely. Removing the core is labor intensive and not fun. The seed usually breaks apart during removal. No, I do not recommend.

I received the it in well high tech. wrap. Look very neat. The seed themselves look very clean however they are rather small size compared to the ones I bought last time.
