Solid bike, great fun
The media could not be loaded. I would advise all to read the electric bike rules and law of the city they live in before buying an electric bike.I help manage short let properties, so I travel around london for various reasons. This is a massive help especially when it comes to tube strikes. The bike was delivered quickly. Assembly took about 30 minutes. You are provided with the necessary tools to assemble the bike. While most of the assembly is tool free, some bits do require tool. The tool kit isn’t the best quality to be fair. But handy nonetheless. Check the tire pressure, I had to pump both front and back. Also check the tightness of the other bolts. Just in case. You also get a pump and lock, again, not the best. But nice addition nonetheless. Being an expensive bike, invest in another lock. My battery came almost fully charged, so I was on the bike in no time. From flat to full. It took around 4 hours to charge. The battery is removable and you can buy a spare one. I’ll advise to remove the battery when you store it for extra security. The bike feels very well built. The ride is very comfortable. One of the best seats for comfort. The suspension is firm, generally speaking, for central London road, it’s perfect. It isn’t adjustable like others. Would have been nice if it was. The breaks are very good also. Not the best, certainly. But does the job, no complaints. The assisted ride make this a real joy to ride. Huge help for hills. Tackled every hill I went up without any issue. But to be fair, the hills I encountered were not very steep. The joy of the riding in central London. For anyone new to electric bikes, do take a test ride away from people and cars, just so you get the feel of the an electric bike. It is quite nippy. You control the speed through the display. You have 3 level of assistance. Low, medium and high. Also gives you the basic information like distance and speed. The bike is 7 speed. For central London, that alone is perfectly fine. For tired days, or challenging paths, you have the battery to help. So, you never feel the strain of riding. Personally, I use the bike mostly without the battery assistant.Being a foldable bike, that was the biggest selling point for me. First so I can store it in my small apartment. Folding it was pretty easy, it does take a few tries to get the hang of it. I also wanted to take the bike onto the train, the weight and bulk, it wasn’t practical unfortunately. Better suited to store in the car boot than public transport. The only issue I’ve really had, the front light stopped working. Looks like it’s a connection problem. Credit to the seller, they have been dealing with it professionally. Quick to respond and offering proper support.

Working well with my 95kg body weight up hill
The media could not be loaded. The bike is surprisingly powerful with just the 250w motor which is complaint with current 2023 law of being a EAPC. I get top speed of 15mph on the road which mean it does not need to be registered, taxed or insured. The bike comes 80% assembled, it took me 20 minutes to put all the parts together with the multi bike tool (included), I think it would be even quicker if I used my proper tools from the garage instead. The bike is heavy and at 28kg with battery it is as heavy as some of the full size mountain bike on the market, it does have the advantage of foldable in half, steering bar can flip down and even the pedals can be flipped down to save space. It can be easily fit in any car boot space for transport. There are no throttle lever or button, power delivery is based on paddle movement, as soon as it sense you foot pushing down the motor kicks in. At level 1 I can get 9mph speed, level 2 I can get 12 mph and at level 3 I can get 15 mph all without breaking a sweat. The brakes are the piston and disk type, stopping power is good and I get good bike control going down a muddy slope in the woods. The fat tyres helps to compensate the small wheel diameter size making the road ride more comfortable over rough road and off road. It is not necessary any more grip or control in the wet, I feel that the rubber compound used is more of a city road bike. Ideal for frequent delivery trips which require speed and minimum user effort. The battery can be taken out of the bike with the key at the unlock position, great for charging it in a safe location away from the main house etc. Much easier to keep an eye on the battery when it is out of the bike. The battery power the motor and also the front and rear lights, a simple battery indicator on top of the battery unit as well as display of battery level at the Speedo meter.Being tall (6"1) I have to push the seat all the way back and have the handle bar slightly higher to have a seated upright position. Since there is no top frame you can get on and off the bike without climbing over the seat which is great.I am happy with the bike and can't wait to take it out for longer rides this summer.

Very poor customer support
I ordered two of these bikes, one for myself and one for my partner. My bike was faulty from the get-go, the LCD battery icon continuously shows as empty even though the battery is fully charged. Two weeks later both bikes receive a brake alert icon. I alerted the first error to the seller two weeks ago and the one piece of support they have provided has been incredibly poor and has not solved the issue. I'm still waiting for the 'technician' to confirm a resolution, I've also since reported the other issues and yet again, no resolution for week now. These could quite possibly be simple fixes but the shocking customer services support means I have no other option but to return the items. I've requested this and as the items are faulty I've asked that the items are collected at the sellers expense.... this remains to be seen. A shame as the bikes look lovely and if the customer support had provided sufficient resolutions I would have liked to have kept the bikes!!
