I ride this thing everywhere! Fast!
I've been riding this thing everywhere! I've saved so much in gas it's ridiculous. It's really fun and super fast. I've figured out how to get the most out of my battery (like by not going fill throttle downhill, no matter how much fun it is if I need to go far...). I've had it a few months now and haven't even had to pump up the tires yet. I smoke the people riding those other scooters. I blow right by them. I can easily keep up with the flow of traffic downtown and in my neighborhood where the speed limit is 25. I also love zipping through traffic jams. I even rode it home in the rain one night and it was fine, and I've ridden while the streets were wet and haven't had any problems. I weigh about 163 pounds and handles me going uphill no problem. The only issue I've had is I need to tighten a couple of the hex screws on the shaft because they will vibrate loose and get a little wobbly but that's no big deal. I can just get some screw locking gel or something and that will fix that. Great product!

As close to perfect as is possible
I got this scooter because I wanted to start commuting to work in an eco friendly way on my city's trails. I had a lot of worries about how this scooter would work for me- I have a few challenges to my commute and those challenges made me nervous. My city has a LOT of hills. A ton. I'm not small, I'm 230 pounds and after adding in all the stuff I carry, it could go to 240-250. I was concerned about the amount of time I'd be able to spend riding on one charge, because it took about 40 minutes to get to my work on the city's electric scooters (Bird, Veo and Spin). Those were locked to 15mph, with clunky and expensive apps. They usually made it up hills okay, but the huge hill to my street, none could handle. It's the kind of hill that makes you sweat after three steps. I have no idea what incline it is, but it's insane. I have had CARS stall out a bit, roll backwards etc at the stop sign at the top. This scooter makes quick work of that massive hill. It's so fast. On a full charge, it can go 15mph up the insane hill. On 20% battery, it goes about 10mph. So far I've never had an issue with it making it up ANY hill. This is with me being 230, and carrying 20 ADDITIONAL pounds. My commute, which was 40 minutes before, is now 30 minutes thanks to the extra speed. Highest I've pushed this scooter using acceleration on flat ground is 22mph, but going down hills it has recorded faster. I am usually about 60% charge after the 30 minute trip to work when I gun it and drive fast when I have the opportunity. If I drive miss daisy, and stick to the speed limit of 15mph, it is typically about 75% charge. I like that you can make it more efficient for speed OR battery life. This means, I can drive to work and back without ever charging it... a huge success. As soon as I kick off, it accelerates with me. By far the fastest to pick up on my own movement compared to the city scooters. This makes a difference when waiting for traffic- I want to be able to gun it as soon as a car stops for me at a light, lol.Great handling around curves. The brakes are definitely acceptable. With scooters you don't want the breaks to work TOO well, since sudden stops can catapult you over the handlebars, and the app gives you choices about how effective you want them to be. I haven't experimented with this much, so I can't attest to how less or more powerful breaks affect the riding experience.I really like the way the acceleration works. It's super intuitive and once again, better than city scooters. It knows when I want to coast. It knows when I want to gun it. It's sensitive enough to let me follow walking people politely for a time. First couple days I stuck with the limited speed mode, but after getting more confident I now just keep it at the mode that gives more choices. I feel more safe on roads knowing I can get up to 22mph, and it's brilliant for the paved trails.I do find it to be rather heavy and cumbersome, I'm female and I do some bodybuilding, but I just have to get stronger. The option to clip it to itself makes it slightly less cumbersome but only in some situations.Build quality, highly satisfied. It feels solid, and premium. This is my new baby and I love it lol.

DON'T BUY IT! IF IT BREAKS YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!
I bought this scooter in August 2024; at first, everything was great, no problems at all. The battery lasted me what I needed it for, meaning it lasted me 4 days at a time for very short rides, about 5 minutes, each day two rides per day, going uphill with a heavy book bag. Note, I also never let the battery die entirely because the instructions said to prolong its lifespan do not let it die completely, so I heeded the instructions. The speed only goes a max of 21 mph. It never went close to being 23.6 mph, which, for being on campus, I don't need to be any faster, so I didn't find the need to contact them because why bother? When I assembled it, it wasn't hard to put together. At first, within the first 4 months of having the scooter, it started to make a noise on the back wheel, but I am a student and depend on it to get to and from school. If you are a student, you will know what I mean; we don't have time to stop and be without a scooter for a week, so again, I just kept using it. Fast forward to last week, and mayhem broke loose; the steering wheel wasn't turning as smoothly as it did before anymore. It would get stuck with turning, which was very dangerous for me because I almost fell off of it twice, trying to make a turn. Then, I noticed that the scooter didn't have the same kick anymore when starting to ride; now, I had to push it to get it going; this is something I did not have to do before at all. It worked fine when I first got it. And finally, when I got to school last week, it didn't turn on at all even though it had a full charge. I know for a fact it was turned off and had full charge the night before. So I charged it some more, thinking, mmm, maybe it was me, maybe it wasn't charged. But no, I was correct. It had a full charge. It just wasn't turning on anymore for what reason? Who knows. So, knowing I am still under "warranty," I went ahead and TRIED to connect with customer service........... Ya'll don't buy this scooter.. If you have any kind of inconvenience once you do, getting a hold of customer service is close to non-existent. I tried calling the number, and no one picked up or called back; in fact, the line just disconnected. It's not a working 1-800 number. I had to try the WhatsApp number multiple times before speaking to someone, and even then, I was told to reach out to customer service (mind you, that is a customer service number they have listed, so I was confused). I tried emailing, and they only answer in the middle of the night EST time zone when you're sleeping, no one calls you back, and no real solution is given. It's been a week now since this issue and I still don't have a solution. At this point, I don't have time to keep wasting. As I mentioned before, I'm a student who worked hard to get the money to pay for this scooter to get to school, and now I'm left to figure out my transportation to school while I don't have buses close by to use. So now, at THIS point? I just want my money back so I can actually buy a scooter that is going to keep working, and if I have issues, I can actually get a human to talk to during normal working hours and not an email that says, "We will get back to you within 24 hours" mind you when they finally do reply, each email has been one to two questions but no offer to call me to talk about the issue or solution so we could solve it in one day versus the span of a whole week wasted. This is such a horrible way to do business. Not to mention, the brakes don't even work the same anymore. I had to brake way further out before reaching the place where I needed to stop because the brakes didn't work the same way they initially did. ONLY buy this scooter if you don't need it for long-term use because otherwise, based on other reviews also? It only will last you a few months until it gives out on you. Finally, when getting a reply, they gave me an option, which was for ME to replace the dashboard. I'm not a mechanic. I don't know how to fix that! In fact, if I try to mess with it, I'm scared I will mess it up more and then lose my warranty! I thought they were going to ask me to take the scooter somewhere because it's what the one person who answered after I called back to back a million times on their WhatsApp number said would happen, but it was never offered. I provided the same information I am writing in this review, and the only thing that was offered was replacing the dashboard entirely myself, ignoring the brakes, the steering wheel, the noise on the back wheel, the delayed start, and the fact the scooter doesn't even work the same anymore. At this point, I even called Amazon, and to no avail; they didn't even help me with anything. How could Amazon even allow a seller with zero proper customer support? This whole interaction is wild, and I never thought I was going to have this much trouble getting my warranted issues handled. DON'T BUY IT!
