I do not know if I am unlucky or what but this plant just never took root. It came looking like a dried out piece of wood but I followed the directions to soak for a few hours and then did all the proper care for it once it was in the ground but nothing ever happened and it's been a few months now. I hate leaving negative feedback on anyone or anything because it could have just been something that went wrong for me only and the next person could have great luck with it but I just want folks to be aware that the plant may never grow.

Likes:my cheerful anticipation didn’t last longDislikes:when the package arrived-I had no idea what it was-I thought perhaps an error had been made,and indeed,there had been an error made-my purchase of this Hobbits walking stick-I collected myself with a cup of my special hot tea,and then,lovingly soaked it in pure water for two hours,after which,I planted it in the deep dark fertile ground of my yard-the next few days were filled with glorious anticipation-and then,on the fourth day,shoots appeared😃I was overjoyed!Over the next few weeks-my how the time flies when you’re sipping good tea-the shoots began to grow right before my eyes as the sun baked down upon it-suddenly it burst forth with multicolored flowers! Birds began to sing,and rainbows appeared-and just as I was about to sing out in my Snow White voice,the mushrooms wore off-and once again I was staring at this shriveled Hobbits walking stick which looks completely DEAD-I won’t be returning it,as I am too embarrassed to admit I purchased it.

.I might be dead before I see leaves on this 20 dollar stick.I dug a big hole expecting a seedling in a pot.I planted it with potting soil.. outside... if a dog or cat does not grab it.Well...They delivered. It survived winter.April rain.. it has green leaves x3...Will it bloom this year?I

I didn’t even want to give one star but that’s the lowest option. My plants weren’t cheap. I purchased two trees. I received two cut branches with dried straggly roots. I nurtured them for nearly 7 weeks and not one leaf sprouted. I purposely took a picture of them when I opened the packages because I was very disappointed with what I received. Nonetheless I chose to plant them. I’m an avid gardener and have been growing plants for many years

I have purchased this cuttings from This Vendor; until recently one of the instructions stated, I should be using plant life lights. All the clippings I purchased in the past year was never successful. Since I purchased a plant light, the clippings. I just recently purchased, excluding the Willows have all been successful as as of now. I suggest everyone who wants clippings to purchase plant lights.

Came as foot tall stick with roots. There was a white chalky substance around the roots and I thought it might be a powdered nutrient but it may be mold. After first soaking it the powder around the roots formed into a gel texture around the roots. I've had it repotted for over a week with no sign of life. Think I may have just gotten another dead like the other reviewers. Probably not a good idea tryin to buy bonsai trees in Fall. Hopefully we get better in early spring.

The cutting may not grow. I placed it in water but it has not grown any new root and the cutting is falling apart.

It is a scam. It is a musty stick without roots. The seller should be banned forever.
