Bought again as no issues with the product. As it was on 'buy again' i assumed it would have the right plug in equipment so why send me this useless thing (on the right) instead of a proper plug like last time? (On the left) ... I'm annoyed but fortunately have a spare plug, but that should be included in the item so it can be plugged in as per all electrical items. So 3 stars for that, not the item. It should be stated clearly that this is sold with a 2 prong plug which is virtually useless in the uk.

Well this is a simple idea! Should have thought of this myself! Basically it’s a fish tank pump in a square box with a fountain or a bubble! Someone’s made some serious money out of our lovely cats for these and dogs if they like the water trickling too! Mind you, my Cat Pixie, loves it. Never seen her drink so much water now. Before it was fresh rain water puddles or flower pots that have over flowed.It’s really easy to put together, clean and maintain. I plugged ours straight into the USB socket in the wall plug without the adapter-jobs a gooden! We also have a water filter jug in the fridge to get ridge of all the yucky stuff like chlorines etc in mains tap water. So we now use that to pour in the water fountain too. It’s a win win. The cat likes it, it’s reasonable quiet and it’s got a little blue light inside which is quite appealing too, especially at night. Water must stay great for at least a week because the cat still drinks it and is still happy. Happy cat 🐈‍⬛🐾🐾 Happy owner. Happy customer.

I got it for some months and it works fine, easy to install and clean. My kitten loves to play with the water. Nice size, it's small but with very good capacity.It is sometimes too noisy when it's with the flower, but you can get used to it.

I bought this product, as it was advertised as a 20223 Winner. It arrived promptly, was easy to set up and worked really well. I followed all cleaning instructions and ensured that it always had enough water. Well, two months later, it has stopped working. It is not the fuse and it did not run dry. I contacted Amazon, who told me to contact the seller. Well, I have had no luck. I have spent money on a cat fountain, which one would expect to last for more than two months. I am very disappointed in the product and also in the lack Of customer service and support

The size is perfect, not too big and not too small. Cute design, very practical. Light is not too bright and distracting, the sound this water filter and fountains device produces is little to nothing. Super quiet. Thus the performance is great. Water resistance is ok filters the water nicely. However it may take some time for your cat or dog to get used this fountain, especially cats. All the best with this purchase, definitely would recommend it. If it’s slightly cheaper it would be even more amazing.

The cats love it, not only entertained by it but love drinking out of it.

Seems reasonably made, simple to assemble and very quiet when running.Worked for one of our cats very well, but the other one acts like it would in the wild and insist on pawing all the surface off the water, resulting in water all over the floor. If he cannot get it to be how he wants he just pulls it over. Have to say I have failed to find any water fountain or dish that he treats any differently, I am getting fed up with trying to find a product which allows for plenty of open surface and a low centre of gravity.
