Really good bag. Seems decent quality. Side strap and sternum strap. The expandable zip turns it from backpack to a small cabin luggage. Attached rain cover. Good value for money.

Excellent bag. Everything you need and more

This is very strong and amazing how much I can get in it. I travel with 2 laptops, external screens, lots of cables and a change of clothes. It all fits in well, feels balanced and still gives easy access to everything.Only thing I would suggest they change, there is an expanding section and a clip on each side to pull it together, but that doesn't pull in the expanding section, so their pretty pointless.Other than that, very happy.

Smart looking backpack.Lots of storage room and significantly better quality than other cheaper brands.

I am often going for business trips for 2-3 days. Sometimes I need a spare pair of trousers and a couple shirts. This is to little for a suitcase, even cabin size, but may be too much for a normal backpack. So, I was looking for a spacier backpack or larger. This one (Samsonite Roader Expanadable) works really well for me. I can fit a laptop and documents in the padded section, the clothes in the middle one (opens fully, so you can spread them well), and electronics in the spacier one at the front). The backpack is lightweight and robust. It is a bit taller than other similar ones and quite comfortable to wear all day long even when loaded.

Brilliant deal!

I recently purchased a Samsonite backpack, a brand I trusted for its reputation for quality and durability. However, within a short time, one of the clips on the straps fell off. This clearly indicates a manufacturing defect, as the backpack was used under normal conditions and with reasonable care.What makes this situation worse is Amazon's disappointing customer service. Despite purchasing this item directly through their platform and under their name although Samsonite has their own shop on Amazon, they refused to take responsibility for resolving the issue. Instead, I was instructed to contact the manufacturer myself, effectively shifting the burden of addressing this faulty product onto me.As a loyal customer, I expected Amazon to stand behind the products sold under their name. Their unwillingness to assist in what should be a straightforward resolution process reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.This experience has not only caused unnecessary inconvenience but has also made me question the reliability of both Amazon and Samsonite. A premium product from a reputable brand should come with equally premium customer service. Sadly, that was not the case here.I strongly advise potential buyers to consider this lack of support before making a purchase. I expected better from Amazon, and this experience has left me deeply disappointed.

Be careful if you stuff it too much it will go above the allowed free bag size of easyJet.But it is a great bag.
