Excellent customer service
I recently had a problem with my watch. The entire face plate came off the watch in less then 18 months. After contacting the company there service was outstanding. Within 10 days of contacting them i was sent a brand new watch. That was absolutely awesome. The service department was top notch and provided quick service. Thank you for ur assistance

Perfect for what we needed it for
The main reason for this purchase was to monitor how many steps my husband and I were taking. This device actually does so much more than we anticipated! It has the ability to track many types of workouts, including heart rate monitoring, calorie burn, and recovery time based upon that information. Very helpful. I would say that it is definitely worth the cost.

1st watch went nuts after 6months.. but liked it so much I got a 2nd watch.. :)
Love the watch, Worked great the first 5 months and I did use it in the pool and in the ocean.. I got it Dec 5, 2024 and by June 11, 2025 , It didn't work anymore.. I had to reset it because it was doing some strange stuff all of a sudden, like someone else was in control.. I had calls disabled but the watch one night started to randomly call my daughter like 15 times is what she said in less than a minute.. I tried to hang up but it wouldn't stop calling her.. So while I was talking to her, it was calling her while I was talking to her.. which was really strange.. She told me to throw it away..So then my other daughter said to reset it ..so I did but it didn't work the same.. it seemed to be slow or something, My steps was off and BP was showing low, which had me worried..(health wise) I really do like this watch. Then less than a week after I reset it, we were eating out & the screen decided to start changing from this to that without me doing a thing to it.. I get home and I reset it again and put it on charger.. The next day, its fully charged and the screen is all messed up with lines going though it that you couldn't see the screen to well.. I did reset it again just to wipe my data off it.. Well, I bought a new watch.. Same one as I had because I really like the watch plus I don't have to loose my data on my app on my phone.. I got to keep everything I had before.. New watch came in June 13, 2025.. so far so good . I have not wore it in the pool.. Just because it says you can I want to see if maybe if I don't wear it in the pool if it last longer.. I did a update today 6/17//25 so far all is good..it said it was to fix bugs..:) This watch is IDW13 and yes you can buy replacement bands for it here on amazon.. someone said in another review that the bands was cheap so I made sure to look by the watch #IDW13 for the bands.. when I bought the first watch Dec 5, 2024. But the band that came on it never broke.. Which I removed that band off the old one and kelp it because I like that mint green color.. I do like this watch. It's easy for me a 62 year old to operate.. even when I reset it , I looked on google to figure it out and do it.. It was simple. It does everything it said it will do...Color:Mint green band with silver faceBattery life:If you use sleep mode it runs battery down faster so I skip this, Plus it lights up when you roll over and disturbs me..Waterproof:Not sure about this because my first watch only lasted 6 months before it went nuts.. it did work great in the pool and ocean..

Great watch for the price!
5 Stars – Great Smartwatch So Far!I've been using the Woneligo smartwatch for a few days now and so far, it's been great! Setup was quick and easy, and it connected to my Galaxy phone without any issues. The fit is perfect—comfortable to wear all day and even overnight. I've made a few calls through it and the sound quality is solid on both ends. I really like the variety of watch faces, especially the free ones. The features are impressive for the price, and I’m excited to see how it holds up during my workouts this week. I’ll update later, but for now, I'm really enjoying it!

Glad I tried it
Ok I have had my watch for a year now and can say the battery last 3 to 4 days before I have to charge it. I have purchased a few others for my kids and family but there's are either broke or lost didn't work well.

Well worth the price!
Works great! I can leave it on for several days without recharging. Very in-expensive and packed with useful monitoring. I really like the sleep monitoring.

Brand new and thrilled
OK, I just got my veryfit W13 watch. Apparently there is also a W15 so, heads up if you purchase the screen protectors. Not sure how similar they are.Fresh out of the box, it had 93% charge so it didn't take long for me to charge it full. I have little next to no respect for written directions. However, I read it all, because I did not want the same connectivity issues others have reported. I downloaded the Veryfit app from the Google Play store. Again, heads up, when I clicked on Veryfit for Android, an app came up with only an orange F, NOT the orange VF app logo. Not sure what it was but, I made sure to click on the VF app that was identical to the one on my instructions sheet.I gave nonstop permissions and allowed notifications for everything it asked me for. Why? I want it to work with the app and my phone as well.So far, not impressed with the Step counter. As others reported, it's not too accurate in that, I walked from my bed to the fridge twice, that was 46 steps. Then, by simply walking to my bathroom, I am now up to 160 steps. Updates to come. Smart phone not working(possible glitch due to one of the reminders I set). Love the watch. Love the reminder to wash my hands or drink water. Love the stress meter and the pulse rate. NOT a suitable gadget for BP monitoring. I will keep exploring the watch. Main bummer, it has a music button but I suppose if you have no music on your phone, it plays nothing. Love the Alexa feature. Already told me a dumb dad joke and a few good Chuck Norris, quips. I will explore more and update when I can discover more(i havent had it for 12 hours yet). So far, I do NOT regret my purchase. Just realized the silly bug or glitch that wouldn't allow me to type on my Smart phone for this review might have been caused by the handwashing reminder. Once the reminder went through, I was able to type again. So far, I love it. Battery is at 73% after a full charge 4 hours ago. I will monitor the battery usage and keep you all updated.UPDATE: Purchased watch $39.98 with insurance, $7.99 on Oct. 21st. By Dec 5th, the wristband broke. Rather than send me a new wristband, they requested I mail it back for a refund. Why not? That's what the insurance is for, right? I do NOT get a refund, I get an Amazon gift card for the cost of the watch, $39.98. I get no refund for the insurance, even though the watch broke in less than 60 days AND I had to pay $2.75 to have UPS print my shipping label for me. So, I warn you, AVOID THIS MONEY PIT OF A WATCH. IT IS NOT WORTH IT TO BREAK IN LESS THAN 60 DAYS ONLY TO GET AN AMAZON CREDIT INSTEAD OF A REFUND. THE ASURION INSURANCE IS WORRHLESS.
