The battery and the chair arrive separately via courier. The battery comes with a charger. I think it took about two weeks to arrive, which was faster than expected.The chair itself is sturdy, well made, and works perfectly. It’s easy to set up and use. We have one person in front and one behind when going up and downstairs.The price ranges are all over the place for these chairs on Amazon. I purchased it for £750 + postage and so far am pleased with the purchase. It saved having the inconvenience of the floor-to-floor lift.
