The media could not be loaded. THE ELECTRIC SKATEBOARD I ALWAYS WANTED!Ok Ive been riding this board for about 10 months now, so this is my updated review. If you are a skier, snowboarder, surfer, etc you will love this board. Its a carving board, and the special front trucks turn up to 110 degrees. You can lean into your turns its pretty rad! You will need a nice smooth asphalt pavement to really enjoy this board. Its not a great board for gnarly pavement or even clickety clack sidewalks. Tennis courts work well. You' re probably not going to do an olie on this thing or ride at your local lame skatepark with it. It goes pretty fast, and has pretty good power too! I got a better remote on amazon from china and its much better than the original. I rode this board all through the winter, when the road was clear, down to 15 degrees F and although the battery did not last nearly as long, it worked well. Every now and then there will be glitch somehow between the board and remote, nothing too bad, all it requires is a reboot of both. Mostly happened in cold weather and not often. I have gotten pretty good range maybe 6 or 7 miles maybe, i ride it hard and crank on the turns. I own a wide variety of long boards and some vintage fat pool riders as well as a huge carveboard anda couple electric longboards. I haven't touched any of them since I got this, and I don't have to pay highway robbery to freeze my butt off on a chairlift! I would like to see Dreskar build an advanced version of this with say cloud type wheels for a softer ride on crappy pavement, the front truck design is genius! An offroad model would be cool too!5 STARS------------------------update---------------------so my rear wheels were looking pretty worn down after about 11 months of hard riding.., I contacted the good people at Dreskar and they said they would send me a set of new front wheels and 2 motors. I was a bit confused by this. Apparently the rear (motorised) wheels do not have removable tires. So I sent Bridgette from Dreskar 77 $ and though it took a while, I recieved 2 new front polyurethane wheels and an entire rear unit with brand new truck , 2 motors and tires! Nice! I just might get another one of these boards for backup, now that the price is 230$. A great deal. Now Im just waiting for Dreskar to make me their US sales rep !!!Some pointers : the motorised wheels are the rear wheels, so the Dreskar logo goes to the rear of the board. Be mindful and get on the board the right way. Watch out for pine cones, bark and sticks. Ride on smooth pavement, free of traffic. Protective gear is recommended though I never use it. Wear good shoes, the best Ive found for this are Merrill west rim hiking shoes, they give great ankle support. Place your feet slightly in front of each truck. I have my remote wrapped around my wrist with a coil thing used for keys.-------------------This board would be AWESOME on the right OLD SCHOOL Skatepark with CEMENT BOWLS say 20 feet wide or whatever.....not so sure about vert ....

Board was alright for a bit buh the screws holding the tire to the trucks literally snapped. I’m 5’3 and lean asf so it definitely wasn’t a weight issue

The remote quit working almost immediately. Within less than a mile it went from turning off while riding it, to not even turning on

After four days it broke now it goes no faster than 4 miles an hour

Below is my first review and since then we have opened the board for sometime now. Still amazing and fun. We have noticed that our daughter likes this board more than the others because it Lighter and easier to carry when not in use. We did have to contact the company for a replacement part. Not broken but wanted the board to be perfect and letMe tell you they went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I would not hesitate to purchase one of these boards or any other they sell. We now own 4 and ride as a family.First of all, the Dreskar FT009 Mini Cruiser came quickly and well packaged. I really didn’t know what to expect when ordering a mini electric skateboard but let me tell you I was blown away! We wanted a lighter smaller board, and this does not disappoint. It is about the size of a regular skateboard, and it truly carves like no other Electric board we own. It has great power to propel up a hill and the brake feature works amazing. The skateboard is smooth and has three speeds for various levels of riders. The battery lasted longer than I expected. We ride around the beach, college campuses, and the neighborhood and with the smaller size and lighter weight we are taking this board everywhere we go. Get one you won’t be disappointed.

This skateboard has been amazing for traveling around, what used to be a 16 min walk to my friends house is now 4-6 min for me, I’ve been using it a lot and and it works amazing in pretty much all weather, when one of the wheels attached to my motor I was a little sad to see it stop working but the company offered to send me an entirely new skateboard, and the process of emailing with them regarding what happened to it were easy and stress free

The board itself looks great. But I didn’t have the luxury of riding it: it never went faster than 5mph! I charged it, started it, it went as fast as my kick/push, and that was it. I will give it another chance.

The sandpaper grip on top is crazy.Comes with a charger for both the remote and the board.The remote has a few different speed settings, and I definitely recommend that you start on the low level because it’s fast.Not sure how long the charge will last, but I’ll update when I find out the life of the battery.Definitely wear a helmet too…safety first!It’ll make a nice gift as well.
