After my debacle with a different firm, I decided to buy this.My husband and I used to buy a lot of kit from MOUNTAIN WAREHOUSE and never had any problems.I would recommend the firm to anyone who needs kit.This came a couple of days early, on a rainy day, when I was reading.It is extremely comfortable, very supportive, which is very important for your neck so that you don't get necklace.My only miff with it is that they have only black.It doesn't really matter in the daytime but I know from experience that dropping black items, in the dark, makes them difficult to find.However, I have a solution ~ the very narrow hair bands with a silicon strip, I've used none of them for my hair but have found them very useful for other things. I'll use a fluorescent one on the little black handle, which is what I've done with other stuff.If they had other colours I'd be buying one for every room.

If you have a painful neck or are recovering from a thyroidectomy operation, this is comfortable to lie back in on your bed. However, if you try to walk about in it, it will fall off. I would recommend it for a female, or older child or someone with quite a short neck.

I use sound canceling earbuds to sleep at night so i like the shape of these pillows but if the go too soft then they’re not so comfortable. Dis appointed, guess ill have to try the foam ones….

Great for travel, lightweight and supportive. Also brilliant for lounging about watching TV!The cover is like Lycra on one size, and a plusher material on the other.

It’s a bit bulky at the back of the neck. I’m trying to squash the filling flatter. Not bad though, I’ve managed to sleep with it on several occasions.
