This has a slight shimmer. I purchased to go over a bright pink lipstick to create the perfect nude lip on chocolate brown skin. It is smooth, not sticky and has some staying power without drying my lips. I found a keeper.Amazon: This states the item was signed for by me, but it was NOT. It was left outside my door.
