From the moment I opened this I loved it. It smells so clean and deliciously minty and the 4oz bottle I got is filled to the top with crystals. I’ve purchased menthol crystals before and these are great quality in comparison. There are so many wonderful ways to use these and so many health benefits. Among the best uses are; in a mist diffuser for a fresh smelling room, in a humidifier to open sinuses, added to a foot or spa bath for scent and aching muscles, mixed with peanut oil as a topical pain reliever, in a pot or mug of hot water to clear a cold, and even just dry in a jar to be smelled for relaxation and anxiety relief.

These menthol crystals are awesome. They smell exactly like I would hope they would. They are strong and provide an intense scent. You can almost feel the menthol go through your body. It’s very relaxing and great for opening the sinuses.This jar is easy to open. It’s a plastic jar with a durable plastic top. There are 4 ounces of menthol crystals. I feel like that doesn’t sound like a lot but it is quite a lot. Since they are 100% pure menthol, a little goes a long way. They are manufactured for a company in Texas. They are very pleasant and perfect for aromatherapy.

The media could not be loaded. Hello Friends, I selected these menthol crystals out of curiosity.These crystals are so cool. They smell incredible. They smell just like a new pack of mint gum. The crystals make a pretty clinging sound. They start to melt away as you handle them. Smelling them leaves a minty smell in your mouth and in your nose as if you've just chewed mint gum. I really like them. I plan to put a few in a small container and keep them as smelling salts.

I make diy bathbomb and shower bombs. I did over the normal amount just so my scent throw with the mental would be strong enough to clear my sinus patients. Sadly it wasn't strong enough
