Very nice rub. Family friendly. Not very hot. Not too much sugar. Hint of citrus.
I am smoking pork shoulder low and slow. I like this rub very much. The entire family can eat the finished product as it flavourful, but not hot.Would have given 5 Star as I feel it could use slightly more black pepper. I will just add it myself. The rub is a very nice colour and produces a decent bark as is.Tried it on ordinary pork chops in a frying pan and it does not really work in that scenario. It needs heat and smoke to 'activate' and do its thing.

Il top per palati fini, ribs e pulled pork a gogo.. Difficile da trovare in Italia, ovviamente si fa pagare.. Ma dura parecchio se usato in determinate occasioni. È da competizione n9n di certo per il grill di tutti i giorni

Overpriced but delicious
Way overpriced for 10 cents worth of spice, but man it does taste very good on Pork and Chicken, I cant stop buying this product as it takes all my barbeque to new levels of flavor/Taste. I wish it didn't cost so much. I have always made my own Barbeque spice mix, but decided to try this, I almost wish I hadn't. good stuff.
