I loved this tea which I used to get in Cape Town. Alas the delivery company EVRI notified me to tell me it had been delivered. It hadn't. I asked for a refund. Then the tea arrived a day after they said they had delivered it, thrown over the gate and also crushed as if someone had driven over it. I tried to notify Amazon to say I dont need the refund as the tea can still be salvaged but their AI bots doesnt allow for this. So if you order in the UK, don't have it delivered, collect from a centre. EVRI deliveries to my area, Ascot UK, are atrocious.
