Q: Does this item hold two Emerade 500 autoinjectors and an inhaler?

Yes. I carry two Emerade 500 pens which sit in elastic retainer straps within the carrier easily, and I also carry an inhaler, a cheap pair of +2.5 reading glasses and a small (2") magnifying glass for reading ingredient labels when out and about that are written in very small text. There is still room left for further items after that. It is working very well for me, and I would recommend it.

As the product description says, this case is made from neoprene with a silvered lining so provides a certain degree of temperature regulation.
