Update, I have been using this phone for about 5-6+ months now, and I love it. Since buying this phone, there have been some QoL updates that have improved this phone. I purchased this phone and 2 of the white ones for my family and none of us have any complaints. We have switched to Mint mobile since Verizon has gone downhill and this phone works great here in the states.—————————————————::Original Post::Well, when I got this phone, it was due to me needing to finally get a new phone after my other phone battery went. I wanted an android system that felt premium, but, I didn't want to pay the high prices. Love the feel of this phone, it's very smooth. You do really need a case with this phone for it is very slippery.My only grip I had, which is not a dealbreaker by any means, was in the Q&A, the seller responds to a question about if this phone works with Verizon. They answered "Yes". Even on the box, it does say it's compatible with Verizon. But if you look at the title, it says, "not Compatible with Verizon/Sprint".I ended up contacting the seller and in the PM I got back that it is not compatible with Verizon. So there is a lot of miss information on this page that contradicts itself. I did research and yes, technically you can use it with Verizon, but, you need to get a hold of someone competent there to help you. I spent over 4 hours with support through the text support on their website. I told the first person what I had, and told them what I read online that was required by them to get the phone to work, (they have to manually add it in, for it is not in their system), and he understood, and he knew exactly what needed to be done.To make a long story short, our session timed out, so I tried to reconnect, and I got 3 different people and not a one knew what they were doing and just kept trying to sell me another phone. I am not worried, i am changing over to Mint to save 2k/year, (I have a family plan).

The sim for AT&T prevents access to google the first time you set it up.Set up the phone without sim card then when everything works, put the simcard in. Otherwise there are issues.

I've had this phone for over a year now and it's been pretty solid and is still getting frequent updates.

Sirve a la perfección y en este mes y medio que llevo ocupando lo no eh tenido ni un problema.

The OS is pretty clean, the build quality is top notch, the leds on the back are cool and unique. I usually get fed up with android phones within a month or two but I have a feeling this phone is going to keep me happy for a long time.

Wanted to try something new instead of buying Samsung and Apple. This device is really impressive. Great pictures and video, and great size in the hand.

Me agrada absolutamente todo funciona muy bien incluso la señal con T mobile 5g en todo momento, para mejorar la cámara pero nada más, para el uso diario está increíble.
