OooOooo we're half-stars there...
I thought someone needed to give this an honest review, and here it is! Getting Bon Jovi live material is a mixed bag. The voice is usually intact, but the sound is always "iffy". These four discs are all over the place when it comes to performances. Disc 1 gives us some songs that we rarely hear live, like "Always" and "Ride Cowboy Ride". The sound quality on the first 10 tracks are decent, but it just gets bad from there.Disc 2 takes an old radio broadcast during Bon Jovi's first year and threw it down here, then it changes pace with the Buenos Aires 1995 performances, then goes back to that radio broadcast. I enjoyed the '95 performances, but it didn't make any sense by splitting up two programs.Disc 3 is just an acoustic set that you can buy anywhere else, the Melbourne sessions I believe. Sound quality is average.I barely touched disc 4, because it was all over the place again.So overall, fun to collect and hear some rare performances. I didn't expect great sound quality at all, but the order of the songs just bothers me. For the price, it's worth it. But if you're looking for amazing sound, I'd search somewhere else.
