I have Hashimotos (hypothyroidism) and have been using this product (1-2 caps) as a support to my health until treatment.I seem to be getting the expected benefits from this product and would say I have experienced some increases in energy, a moderate increase in feelings of wellbeing and indications of higher testosterone.I have used this product for 2 weeks, one of those weeks in conjunction with a sensoril (Ashwagandha) supplement also.This ginseng product is priced well and seems to be authentic and of good quality (more so than a previous product of higher price). The company seems professional, had good delivery and decent customer service.

When I bought my Panax Ginseng a few weeks ago I was expecting something a bit closer to the natural Ginseng root than most other supplements. I don't know about that. It looks like a normal tablet to me but despite a lot of fresh air in the packaging you do get 60, reasonably large, and highly concentrated bursts of what appears to be, quality Ginseng. Lots more energy than I usually have and not just in the Gym. Burning off calories for fun and losing about a kilo a week fairly easily. Following the very sound advice of Joanna Soh on-line, I've come down from nearly Obese to nearly Normal very quickly and without any real sacrifice. Difficult to put it down to any one thing, but definitely worth a try if you're looking to improve your health. While you're at it. Have a look at Lepicol's Psyllium Husk. A healthy colon is essential for everything else to work properly and it also contains all 5 of the Live Bacteria that live and work in your gut which might save you blocking up the Yoghurt Aisle in your local supermarket. I kept using it on and off. The last few times I haven't experienced headache. So, it looks positive. However, I have started to get odd headache within couple of hours of taking them. So, I will have to stop them and going to be waste for me.]

I have taken Ginseng before for its numerous health benefits and always trust LLS to provide a high quality product. This supplement gives me more energy and I take it regularly for this reason.There is also some published scientific data which states that it can be as effective as some synthetic anti-depressants for lifting mood, so although I am not in need of an anti-depressants per se, I think this is a really useful natural boost to improve overall mental health after which has been a really difficult couple of years for all of us!

A difficult review to write. The capsules arrived on time, well packaged and I've no doubt that they're professionally prepared. But I can't pretend that I've felt any differently since starting to take them. That could just be that the benefits are just too subtle to notice or possibly that they're having no effect at all on me. I just don't know.Tricky to know how many stars to award overall. Judged by noticeable effect they'd get one star but that seems harsh, so four stars it is, based on the fact that the capsules look a quality item - and I can certainly say I've suffered no adverse side effects.
