Does the job!
Put the bottle on a table or other solid surface, hold it firmly with one hand, and now his gadget allows you to grip the cork firmly, break the wire seal, and then lever/twist out the cork with the other hand. As you don't have to remove the wire cage before using the gadget, there's no risk of the cork flying off and hitting someone/something; in addition, the bottle does not get shaken up, so the contents don't go flying either.

No more wrestling with champagne corks!

Don’t bother.
I couldn’t get this to work at all. Looked OK in theory, but the flat plate across the top prevents the grabber getting down far enough to extract the cork. I think if this was absent it would work ok. As it is, I ended up cutting the top off the cork and using a conventional corkscrew. I bought this more expensive product in favour of the cheaper ones as I thought it looked like it would do the job better. Wrong. If I hadn’t ripped the box, it would be going back.

To be able to open a bottle of fiz even though my wrists are sore
I like the fact that I can open a bottle of fiz myself even though my wrists are very weak. This tool is brilliant and I ve bought one for my friend , it is so easy to use and great value for money.

Brilliant just what I needed
Been struggling to open a certain bottle of cava. Even my husband did but this gadget is the best. No effort required. Buy one.

Einfach im Handling
Nachdem ich einmal den Dreh raus hatte, funktionierte das Ganze 1A. Sehr hilfreich wäre vielleicht, wenn der Verkäufer ein Video, wie man das Ganze handhabt veröffentlichen würde. Dies ist nur eine Anregung, nicht als Kritik gedacht. Ich bin sehr zu frieden.

It was a waste of money for me.
Took the device to use in our restaurant. We tried several times with several bottles . In the end, it was easier to use our hands to extract the cork from the Champagne bottles.
