Keep in mind I’m new to candle making. I have been experimenting with these molds and different types of wax. I found that soy will break in this mold. I have found that if I mix 50/50 of soy and paraffin wax it in molds perfectly and looks great.

Excellent molds. Used with a soy blend and had no problems with breaking or demolding. Did not require a mold release, minimal wait time. Great mold just wish they were a little smaller around

I planned to use the molds for soap making but I'm having trouble with the edges. They keep crumbling and falling off. If you choose to buy these molds use a strong medium that can hold the delicate aspects without falling apart.Update: keeping 4 star review. It was a little user error but I still lost some pieces no matter what I did different.

Life size flower. The mold is easy to use. Easy to get the candle out of the mold. Very sturdy.Highly recommend- definitely worth the money.

I ordered these for candles - easy enough to use but when I was taking them out the heads got stuck. The large head and small neck caused major issues (they ended up coming out with heads!). I tried cutting them along the edge to get out and wrapping them for reuse but the mold wasn't easy to use that way - too thick. I think it would be good for other things but NOT for candles

The media could not be loaded. 5 Stars...1st time user of a flower mold. Perfect size I needed for a couple of candles I am making.I read all the reviews before purchasing, I wanted to order some silicone release spray so none of the flower would crumble, but it would not arrive in time...so I used some vegetable/canola oil on a paper towel..rubbed it inside the mold and worked great.
