Delicious, versatile and gluten free as well as soy free
My search for gluten free AND Soy free spices has ended! This is the ONLY sauce I've found online that's allergen free. It's very versatile, so it can be used on more than pork chops and chicken cutlets. I found that if I add grated ginger and Worcester Sauce, then it tastes close to teriyaki sauce. It's already thick, so I don't need to use a lot of thickener (corn starch). I'm on my second bottle already.

TASTY
This stuff is good on all meats, not to thick or thin. Some tonkatsu sources are horribly sweet, this one isn’t, very subtle. Though not as good as my homemade tonkatsu, it’s a great substitute. A little pricey, but it’s authentic, which is something I’m a stickler for.
