Savini Tartufi Parmigiano Reggiano Truffle Cream

We had samples of this at Stazione Termini in Rome and bought a jar. We had to eat it before flying home as we traveled with carry on luggage only. However, I checked online before we left Italy and discovered it on Amazon! Yay! It is not cheap, but worth every cent if you like truffles and Parmigiano Reggiano. It was delicious on a fresh baguette and next we will drizzle it on a dry aged grilled rib eye steak.

I've had this wonderful truffle cream sauce on fettuccine before and was pleased to find it here to order again. Unfortunately, due to inadequate packaging, the glass jar cracked in transit and leaked out into the bag - so I was unable to enjoy the wonderful flavor of this product. But it is a delicious sauce - if you can get it safely to your home.

Creamy & Rich!

The product was received damaged and leaking in the box and says it is unreturnable. Cost $25 and no solution provided for a damaged product.

This has become a family favorite when preparing my chicken dishes….so creamy!

Loved this truffle cream.... but it's over the top delicious and expensive. I used sparingly, but was glad to have it for a special truffle gnocchi dish we prepared based on an original Italian recipe!

Product tasted good for when I had it but, it says it won’t expire for another year and it’s already all moldy and I had to throw away. I kept it in refrigerator the whole time! Ridiculous! It’s too expensive to go bad so quick. Very disappointing!!!
