i'm 3 months postpartum from an emergency csection, and i'd already tried a maternity support belt before but because it was two separate layers i was always boiling in it and it was a hassle.breathability wise, this is great. it's comfy, & has support in the back.however, i'm not sure if it's because my waist is naturally smaller but it keeps sliding like in the pic & cutting into my waist. it also pushes up the fat on my chest so it looks worse than without the binder, but i think that's it trying to distribute the pressure.i was a size 6/8 before pregnancy; 26" waist & 33" hips. now i'm a 16/18 on the bottom, but a 10/12 on top; 32" waist & 42" hip.i bought the band pretty much to just pull in that wonderful csection tummy, so i'll give it a try & update in a month's time.

Post mastectomy I've had implant surgery twice with liposuction on my belly and hips. Both times I've worn this product almost non-stop for weeks on end. It works great. Easy to put on and take off, adjustable, breathable and washable. Great value all around. Better than any of the other binders I've tried.

Comfortable material, support bones just perfectly lay on the side not too centre on my back. The 2 Velcros supporting my tummy well. Going to order another one soon

I bought this for post op “abdominal wall reconstruction” for hernias and found it game changing. With 4 adjustable bands it is more comfortable and supportive than hospital issued binder and more importantly more effective in reducing post op pain. Also kinda waist cinching if you choose which is fun for an instant slim down.

The binder is a great fit but I should have chosen one that does not have the back bones it will get uncomfortable after wearing it all day.
