The product was simple to use with the nozzle provided. Didn't need much pressure to get it out. I was repairing a tear in a pent shed roof after my neighbours branch fell on to it. The hole in the photo is before I uncurled the felt from underneath the hole so it looked like a tear. I didn't bother spreading it with a brush or knife as it good enough.

Appears to have cured leak on flat roof. Other silicones didn’t work. This one did! Happy 😃

This stuff works easily as well as any other roofing product but this is UV-resistant (& has stood up well to UV the last 2 years), but what made it so amazingly handy for the job we did was its flat nozzle, without which we'd not've been able to do the job, tho our job might've been somewhat unusual! – I'll explain: we had a leak where the little flat roof over the dormer window joins the main sloping slated roof above it, & it turned out that the wood baton just underneath the slates just above the flat roof was exposed! – so the leak was literally absorbing thru the wood baton [which explains why it didn't leak as soon as the re-roofing was done - by the time we found it leaked, the roofing company'd gone bump, hardly surprising if they often did such shoddy work] (My son spotted this roofing defect with a torch) – idiot roofers hadn't extended the roofing felt over the baton – so we first of all had to cut a teeny bit off the bottom of the slates (the gap was only 3mm to 5mm & even this nozzle wouldn't go in that) which my son did with an angle-grinder [& several discs!] (we tested it on a slate from Poundland first, as I didn't wish the roof's slates to crack! - luckily the angle-grinder cut them very easily without cracking) & then when the gap was about 6mm to 8mm all the way along, this product's flat nozzle came into its own & was absolutely perfect for the job. Totally saved our bacon, couldn't've done without it. (So much for professional roofers doing the re-roofing+felting job & then other ones misdiagnosing what'd been done wrong.)

When I looked at this product, the picture clearly shows it fitted with a wide application nozzle. I'm like other customers and no nozzle was included with my delivery too.I now can't use this product until I can get a nozzle, which is going to be difficult as I don't know if you can get these wide nozzles easily!I contacted customer services and they were great. They gave me a refund straight away, however I'm conscious that if if buy another one, that to will be delivered without a nozzle.I'll probably have to buy one elsewhere 😕I'm disappointed with this Amazon!!!

Was easy to apply .. with prime had the next day so managed to patch up cracked roof tile over Xmas period until I could repaired properly
