Octatco EzFinger2 [White] – Fingerprint Security Key, FIDO2 Certified – Compatible with Windows Hello, Office 365, Azure and Many More Platforms – Fast and Secure Authentication

Had to get a new fingerprint scanner for my desktop because the old ones would eventually start falling apart. The majority of scanners on Amazon seem to share the same plastic casing to secure the scanner and it's just not robust enough for continuous use. There is a noticeable difference in build quality with the Octatco EzFinger2. It looks good too, so I'm very pleased.It didn't work on Windows 11 out of the box. However, it is fairly easy to find the drivers on the Octatco website (Support -> EzFinger2) and install. It works well with Windows Hello and the scanning has been extremely reliable.Would recommend.

Worked for a couple months. It reads my print if I’m lucky. Usually end up having to type my pin due to multiple failed attempts.
