Can't fault it
The breaking strain on this line is c. 12 - 13lbs. It is of similar diameter to 2lbs b.s. Maxima. As a result, casting light lures long distances is very easy. I attached a swivel to the end of the line and then a short leader of Maxima between swivel and lure. I had no issues with breaking at the knots, but it is wise to lubricate the knots (a bit of water) before tightening down in order to minimise friction. It is not cheap but I can't fault it.

Great product. Casts really well.
My go to fishing line for sea fishing (spinning). Casts really well and has caught plenty of fish (pollock, mackerel, wrasse, dogfish). Just make sure you use the knots advised on the packaging and you can't go wrong.

Great Line, Does Its Job,,,, eventually.
I am a sea angler and I bought this uni-filament line for a specific purpose which was to solve a particular problem I was having when long beach casting with my braid mainline. Although I would still highly recommend braid as a mainline for short to medium range casting, for cast & retrieve or float fishing for example, its performance as a long beach cast line is unpredictable. Everything has to be perfect for it to function well or else I'd end-up with wind knots, ring knots, snap-offs etc. So I was looking for a thin superline replacement which, well, behaved itself basically. And Nanofil has done the trick. It's stiffer than braid and so has what I call a bit of self-discipline when cast. With near zero stretch and BS to diameter ratios similar to braid, it competes well on hydro and aerodynamic performance. As with every type of line, it has features that you have to manage and with NanoFil this is definitely knotting. Although Berkley provide instructions on four recommended knot types within the packaging I found these unsuitable for my individual needs. I always use super lines as mainlines with mono backing and then a mono leader. So, it's important for me to have a reliable, slim and strong line-to-line knot. The doubled-up Albright and uni-to-uni knot recommended by Berkley are too bulky for my needs as they cause obstructions on the spool. So, it took 5 or 6 attempts but eventually I succeeded with a conventional single strand Albright but wrapped at least 12 times around the mono loop. But, you have to cinch it down very slowly, coaxing the coils as they tighten. Wet the line between finger and thumb to dampen it, do not saturate because over lubrication will allow the line's slick coating to slip too much and it'll all pull out during the final cinch. Dampen often and a slow coaxing cinch, not over saturate and never quick. It'll test your knotting technique, you'll have to be correct but for me the rewards are worth it. I've used this line as a mainline on a 13' Soniks SK3 XTR, Penn Surfblaster 7000 II, mono backed then Albright 14 wraps to 175 metres NanoFil then Albright 12 wraps to full 6oz nylon shock leader. I cast that set-up hard with 5 & 6oz weights with no problems at all and achieved good distances too when required. For long beach casting it's bye-bye braid but, for those shorter casts on smaller rods, braid will still have a place in my fishing.

I found it works best with a flexible rod to give it some resilience
I found it works best with a flexible rod to give it some resilience, but with using a Kastking 12 foot telescopic rod I caught several decent carp and one 18 lb common carp with it so with a bit of practice it's fine. The line is thin and easy to cast which makes it useful for float fishing. The only problem I've had is knot tying as it is very thin.

Ultimate fishing line.
Small diameter for the breaking strain of this fishing line, will increase your casting distance.

not as gd as the hype
This line has a great responsiveness however has absolutely no abrasive resistance whatsoever very prone to snapping with lots of casts or from rubbing on underwater obstructions not worth the price.
