Surprisingly Great Bat!
My first hit using this bat was a homerun and the sound of contact is very satisfying with real wood. Sadly the bat broke after the first contact in the handle but im buying another one at $40.

Very Surprising Wood Bat
I have wanted a wood bat for a while but pro style maple bats are very expensive and unlike metal bats, can break. To "dip my toe" into the wooden bat deep end I pick up this bat. Out of the box I was impressed by the overall look and feel of the bat. It has a nice finish and good looking grain pattern. Weight was balanced over the bat and provided a smooth swing. I have added some grip tape as I am not much for pine tar. Look, feel, and finish of the bat is as good as any major brands mid to mid-high level bat for sure. After some time at the batting cages I can say this is a really nice bat. It has good pop, not the best pop ever but good. I had multiple solid hits with some zip on them for sure. Feel in the hands was solid with no real vibration issues. I hit off the barrel, end, and by the hands through out the batting practice with no problems. It is a heavy bat being only a -3 so keep that in mind but it does not feel heavy in the hands to me. I feel I get good bat speed and power through the zone.I really like the bat and have been enjoying using it. So far it looks to be holding up well. If that changes I will update this review accordingly. I would have no issue using this in a game or practice. The only thing that really needs to be done is to have the bat stats stamped on it so that it is easy to identify if questioned.

Decent Bat but Defects in the Wood
This maple wood bat is decent especially given it's price point. It makes for a great batting practice bat if you're in a wooden bat baseball league and don't want to chance breaking your go to bat. I've ranked this bat a bit lower because it had some defects in the wood around the handle which is going to lead to longevity issues and will likely cause it to break sooner. There was basically a few small chips in the wood one in the handle and another couple that I found in the barrel of the bat.

Nicely made balanced wooden bat
The bat has a nice finish, it's well constucted and durable, the weight is good for an adult or teenager but too heavy for Peewee Leaguers. It's has nice balanced swing Seems like it would make a good home defender too. It's a good value for the money.

Top quality
I am using this bat for my softball team and loving it so far. I may want to put a thin grip on it since it can be hard to hang on to on super hot sweaty days, but other than that this thing is amazing. The burn pattern on it is unique and looks awesome, and it’s so well balanced for the price I love this thing.

Great price and decent bat, probably not for beginners.
I was pleasantly surprised by the durability of this $40 wood bat. It held up well after 5 rounds in the cages at speeds of 50-70 MPH, exceeding my expectations for a bat at this price point. The handle is super tapered to the barrel, making it less ideal for newcomers who might struggle with off-center hits. While I doubt it would last long after a few hits on the skinny part, it performed well when I made solid contact. The ball jumped off the barrel nicely and had a good sound. Overall, it's a decent bat, especially considering that wood bats were selling for $40 over a decade ago. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better deal now.
