Purchased multiple pairs for my shoes
I have very flat feet and a history of mixed results with insoles. These have been my favorite. At first, when I wore my first pair for the first few days, it hurt my feet but they eventually got used to them. I'm not sure if that's just because the muscles in my feet were weak or what. I've bought multiple pairs and will continue to look to these for future sets of shoes. I no longer get heel pain.

Great Inexpensive Arch Supports
Very comfortable and supportive. Much better than competitors software gel insoles. I purchased one set of insoles and switch them between shoes to save money. I now own a pair of these insoles for every pair of shoes that I own. Additionally, I have bought them for others who have arch issues.Good quality, not too thick, easy to fit, and more durable than expected for the money.

Satisfied
It is what I needed - perfect fit. I thought it would have been thicker, but it's comfortable.

Good product
I use these all the times in exercise and casual shoes to support my arches and avoid plantar fasciitis. They work well.

Best bang for your buck
For the price they’re great. Like some1 else said, it takes a bit to wear in and get used to. But as some1 w hip dysplasia in both hips the insoles do wonders. *Bonus is they add like a solid 3/4 inch to your height lol

Uneven support
Initially I felt the hard plastic base would provide good support. I wore these for a typical 10 hour work day and the heal is so high that I felt strain to my knees. The additional height of these insoles actually caused my work boots to fit so snug I could feel the speed lace buckles dig into my foot/ankle.The amount of pain/discomfort caused by the additional heal height was like having a something stuck in the arch of my foot all day. I tried them a second day and didn’t get past standing up before I changed the insoles out.

Might be too hard
They are good for short walks. But got blisters after a few 2-3 mile walks.

Best insoles I've used
I have plantar fascia and have broken my feet to the point where the doctors told me I would never walk again. These insoles have been the best insoles I've ever worn and I've spent $150 plus dollars on some. I have a ton of shoes and boots and I have these in every single pair except for my hokas. I have five spares in the closet for when I need to change one out or buy new shoes. I highly recommend these.
