First they delivered the wrong product and when I finally received it does not work properly. Ignites and fires up for a few minutes then shuts down. Purchased a new propane tank because I thought maybe there was an issue with my existing tank. Nope, ignites runs a few minutes and then shuts down. I could return but it would be a major hassle so I will troubleshoot it myself and find a way to make it work. For what I paid for this thing I would expect it to work. I would give 0 stars if I could. That is the problem with purchasing large items like this on Amazon, taking it apart, removing the glass and rocks and lugging back to UPS or wherever is more trouble than it’s worth. Do yourself a favor and buy one from a local store.
