Plush AddictRit Liquid Fabric Dye 236ml - 36 Colours

It is darker than I expected, but worked well on a pair of white shoes, in a bucket of hot water. It didn't dye the shoelaces.

Used this to dye some ikea bar stool covers. Came out slightly more yellow than I expected but goes well with my kitchen so I’m very happy

I had a pair of black jeans that I really liked, so I decided to give this dye a try. Although the instructions state that it is not effective if chlorine has come into contact with the fabric, I can confirm that it does work! Only minimal traces of the previous stains remain.The treatment was easy: Pour half of the dye directly onto the stains until the dye is thoroughly soaked in. Leave the lid open and place the entire bottle on top of your jeans inside the washing machine. Wash at 60°C, and don't forget to run an empty washing cycle immediately afterward to protect the machine's tubes.

This is the first time I’ve ever used dye for anything and decided to dye an old storage footstool box my mum and dad gave me years ago . I had to apply an out of coats of dye to it to make sure it was the right colour I wanted which was a plum type of a colour. I used a thick soft wax furniture brush to apply the dye to it and I’m very happy with the results as you can see the before and after pictures

I used half of what it advised for the weight and it turned out to be this really dark brown colour.Then I did another test with 1/3 of that and it turned out to be this grey colour.I was hoping to dye a pillowcase a really similar colour to my bed and just use less dye to keep it a light colour.Nothing like taupe, I wouldn’t recommend.

These Rit dyes really dye well. You know how some other brands kind of work sometimes? These Rit dyes are better than that, they really dye. Okay, you can't expect miracles, I mean you'll never make a blue garment red. But as long as your expectations are realistic, I highly recommend these Rit dyes, they tend to work better than other brands.

Says to soak for 30 mins (up to 60 for not intense colour) I left my white socks for the 30 mins as suggested and they turned dark purple - not even close to the shade depicted on the bottle. Would give 1 star but giving 2 for the fact that the colour is pretty even… shame it isn’t what I wanted!
