Zipvit Stinging Nettle Supplement, 200mg Per Tablet, 90 High Strength Vegetarian Tablets, Potent Antioxidant

Was looking to reduce my need for antihistamines and have started taking these. They are not the easiest to swallow but don’t taste if anything and seem to be doing the job no need for antihistamines so far!

With such Items it will be hard to tell it's benifits . But this product has no nasty taste & for me no side effects. Thank you :)

As usual with supplements, I'm not sure this is actually benefitting me personally, but my only gripe is that there is a tiny amount of tablets relative to the container they come in. I estimated it's maybe 1/6th full, so that's a lot of wasted plastic. I assume it's something to do with the supplier just using a standard bottle for all of their supplements, but it seems very wasteful when you open the bottle and it's practically empty.

Only just started taking these so nothing to report as yet. I am however, familiar with the properties and benefits of Nettle so all is good for me.

I have IC and taking this tablet (I take 3a day)Has improved my problem dramatically. You need to give it time to work. I have been on them for a month and what a difference they have made to me. I thoroughly recommend

It's impossible to say whether they have had any effect on my prostate gland without a CT scan.
