My first TKL and low profile keyboard and use this with a Macbook Pro M1. Keypress is very smooth, the keys feel solid and are a great size. It took a day to get used to the low-profile keys but now that i'm used to them, it is hard to use my laptop. The RGB seems a bit quirky but most likely needs more familiarity, good options.Have used this on wired and bluetooth, no issues.

Goes completely unresponsive and needs to be switched off/on to work again every so often. Older keychron keyboards I own don't have this problem and are rock solid. Sadly seems like the quality of keychron keyboards seems to be declining

I was an happy customer as I really loved the keyboard (and I also bought another keyboard and a mouse from Keychron) until this specific keyboard started to show problems. Weird problems, like key not always detecting the key press correctly. Sometimes a keypress was not detected, some other times it was detected twice. I reached out to Keychron support, as the problem started to manifest after the Amazon return period was closed, just to find that instead of just sending me a new keyboard and asking me to get the malfunctioning keyboard back, they started to ask me to do all the tests for them and, after I just said that I would not do any test as it is up to them to figure out what was the problem, I just want to be able to use the keyboard I bough, they offered to send me the PCB so that I could manually replace it. Really is that the best they could offer? More work for me instead of just sending me a fixed keyboard? That is really not the customer support I was expecting. Lesson learned. I will not buy a Keychain anymore. I bought a fantastic Logitech MX keyboard.

Some of the keys do not work. This doesn't clear the minimum bar for what constitutes a keyboard. I've done some searching around, and this appears to be a common problem. Do not buy.

It's very similar to the Nuphy Air75 I sold because I couldn't get used to it. It has the same low profile switches, very similar sound and same keycap material. However the Air75 layout and key positioning was trying to be too minimalistic and placed form over function. Despite the non conventionally shaped and larger keycaps, I made way more typo's compared to all other mech keyboards I've had over many decades. The build of the K1 feels a bit more "PRO" too, the Nuphy is perhaps a bit too light which causes it to slide around my desk to easily, and not having rigit riser feet adds to the problem. I really disliked the magnetic feet on the Nuphy, glad the K1 has 2 levels of mechanical feet.My only two negatives for the K1 vs Nuphy, the lack of 2.4Ghz dongle, BT doesn't work before the OS is booted (power on password), and the battery life, I need to recharge every 2-3days, on the Nuphy I could do at least a week or more on a charge.Overall super happy, highly recommend it!

Keys don’t work. Factory reset got a few working, but not all. Sending it back

It was very difficult to pair with my laptop. Each time I tried to connect, it would fail. Eventually I was able to connect, however now it won't pair with a second device. This has been pretty frustrating to work with overall, I would not recommend the keyboard if you intend to connect via bluetooth.
