Worked fine for around 3 months, but then one day the water pressure all of the sudden went low. It was worse when more than one fixture was in use. I replaced the pre and post filters as suggested, which made the pressure even lower.

I feel this system works as well if not better than a salt system. You feel cleaner. You save money by not needing to purchase salt or potassium. While the included piping could work well, i chose to use copper. With more areas to separate filters and bottles as this allows isolation when work is needed to replace filters. Be sure to flush out each of the tank assemblies before installing as the flushed gunk can clog the filters down the line earlier than they would have needed a change. We use about 6000 gallons of water per month and some is for watering and pool but even with this, they unit should last well beyond 10 years before needing replacement and if using potassium, you pay for for it in about 4 years or less.

Product arrived in two separate shipments over a week apart, with two different shippers, both of whom changed the delivery date three times each. No itemized inventory of the content and no assembly instructions. Mounting brackets are too short to mount to the wall to give proper support, requiring a spacer on the wall to each filter. Also the brackets require four screws each to mount on the filter housing. Only half the screws were provided. The overall dimensions provided on the manufacturer's website were off by over ten inches after assembling the unit per the website, making the initial mounting location and plumbing unsuitable.

Bought product twice. First time it broke and they wouldn’t refund for me even though the product is labeled 10 years guarantee max flow, stopped working in 1 week. Second time buying it, item didn’t come.

After 2 year stop working, no refund no nothing good luck.

No instructions. Had to search google for it. You def need to wrap the threads with a good amount of teflon tape. The glue fitting could fit a little more snug. Other than that straight forward.

The only disappointing thing was I needed to purchase a few other plumbing parts for the install and it does not filter out the hard water.. still have lots of hard water staining . 2 years working great. install was pretty easy to figure out. BTW Im not a plumber.

I purchased two Aquasana Whole House Water Filter System and within 15 months, i have had two filter housing units crack resulting in gallons of water all over our basement and days to clean it up. Calling customer service is a nightmare. Time consuming and nothing gets done. I will have to wait 6 days for them to send a replacement filter housing and they can't explain why it is happening and therefore there is no guarantee that it won't happen again. Also the install from a professional plumber took 2 days and was several thousands of dollars...just to now have their product fail twice and then have to deal with poor customer service. My recommendation is to just buy water to drink and save yourself several thousands of dollars and the headache and and loss of time of dealing with their poor customer service.UPDATE: my 3rd housing has cracked resulting in water all over the basement and the company refuses to pay for a replacement. This company literally has the worse customer service and a horrible product.
