These are very cheap pellets compared to others you can buy - a cheap bulk bag by comparison. We have found these burn really well for our pizza oven when used in combination with lump wood charcoal. Light a few pieces of charcoal to set a nice slow burning base then add some pellets a few minutes before you want to cook your pizza. Yes, they might burn quicker than some other pellets but are good when used with charcoal.

Does exactly as described, quick and easy to light, great burn time and using these the pizza oven soon hit the high temperatures that previous products didn't, also good value for money and didn't over smoke. Also I can imagine as a product they could be quite versatile

I bought these for my ooni fryer pizza oven before I read the reviews for them. Reviews said they were rubbish and not to buy them for pizza ovens. I then ordered some considerably more expensive ooni ones. After a comparison I found the firepower pellets lit much easier than the ooni and burned well with very little ash left but did create some soot and weren’t as clean burning as the ooni ones but the difference was marginal. My opinion, these represent much better value than the ooni pellets and do work fine. The flavour of the smoke might be a bit limited as they’re softwood I believe. In the end I mixed the ooni with the firepower and got a good value mix that seemed to work for me.

Great for pizza oven

cheaper pellets but they are supposed to be kiln dried, they release a lot of smoke and the moisture make them stick to the sides of the feeding chimney stopping the oven from working correctly

My first experience of Wood pellets, and, I have to say, I was impressed.These burned well, lit easy, and we're smokeless.I boiled 500ml of water in six minutes.The stove stayed alight for 24 mins in total, and the embers held heat for quite some time afterwards.I used a Lixada gasifier stove, with just two handfuls of pellets.Delivered in perfect condition, boxing was tuff and well taped. Bought these to use on a new pizza oven. Large bag and the pellets burned very easily. Couldn’t really ask for much more. Pizzas were enjoyed by all.
