Upper opening could be longer to roll better
The upper opening material could be 5-10cm longer to roll it better and to stay that way.

Terrible quality and customer service
Bought this item from about a year ago. Very frustrated with it as the thread in the lower part came unstitched and broken after just one-year of light use. Contacted the vendor here and was told I should contact Rains. Then I contacted Rains to request a replacement and was told I should contacted the vendor on Amazon. Then came back to check with the vendor and again was rejected. They argued that it has been over a year and thus no replacement could be made. But Rains warranty should cover two years, shouldn't it? Really terrible experience. Regret purchasing this and will never do it again!
