This tool works great as a simple and effective way to open an egg. It's great for kids, elderly, and the every day cook.

Not very effective
I was hoping that will break the egg, but not so. It is not as effective in spite of extra bang and pressure.Revision: In an egg cup, the egg breaks, just hold the breaker close and tight!

Works, but not nearly as cleanly as the picture shows.
It’s possible under different conditions that it may work better, but I keep my eggs in the refrigerator and therefore they are cold. The break is a little ragged not nearly as clean cut as the picture shows.Still, some small slippers of Shell fall into pan or bowl and still need to be fished out, at least when the eggs are cold.

Super flimsy plastic
My 80-year-old mother has one of these from probably the days of Tupperware and it's a nice thick plastic and indestructible. There's a reason they send you three of these, it's this thin flimsy plastic. Although it does the job so far it's not going to last very long so I took off a few Stars
